       In order to further enhance the quality of international student recruitment and increase the international influence of the school, on February 21, 2024, Vice Dean Du Lin, Director Xiao Manyu from the Office of International Collaboration & Cooperation, and Secretary Li Zhuorong participated in the school's 2024 international student recruitment global live streaming event. The recruitment event was hosted by Miss. Yang Jiayi from the International College, conducted entirely in English, and attracted nearly 30 international students from all over the world.

       Firstly, Vice Dean Du Lin provided a comprehensive introduction to the basic information of our university, the departments and majors offered by our school, the faculty members, international education, and talent cultivation. Next, Director Xiao Manyu provided a detailed introduction to the top ten research teams of the school, their research directions. Miss. Yang Jiayi introduced the policies, application procedures, and requirements for freshmen scholarships, encouraging international students to further their studies at our university and enhance their academic qualifications.

       Finally, Director Xiao Manyu and Miss. Yang Jiayi provided detailed answers to questions of common concern to international students.

       This live streaming facilitated direct and effective communication between our school and overseas students intending to study in China, receiving positive responses from attendees. The school will continue to promote the quality and efficiency of education for international students, enhance the internationalization level of the school, and contribute to the construction of the "Double First-Class" initiative of the university.
